...no, we're not feeling a bit poorly,
or exceptionally naive, we're simply tightening up our
procedures and bringing them inline with our environmental
policy.

so how does this affect you?
To put it simply if you are on a hosting plan with us
and receive a recurring invoice (i.e. invoiced monthly),
you will no longer be invoiced by post - instead we
will be sending you one of our new e-invoices.
what's an e-invoice?
It's exactly the same as a standard paper invoice except
we email it to you. You simply print a copy for your
records and pay it in the usual way - if you wish to
you can settle your account digitally (*contact
us for details).
when will this happen?
We are introducing e-invoices for hosting plans
as of May 1st 2004 - so keep watching your inbox and
expect to receive your first e-invoice around 17th May
(for June 1st payment).
